THE PREREQUISITES FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF SPECIALISTS (CONSULTANTS) IN INCLUSIVE-RESOURCE CENTRES

The article analyses theoretically the prerequisites for formation of professional identity specialists (consultants) in inclusive-resource centres. provides theoretical definitions for: personality formation, competence, competence. concept centres is revealed: a result self-determination and self-organization. are outlined line with competence approach; they ensure successful professionalization counselling practitioners’ activities.
